Mary Baxter, owner of Born to Move, has been facilitating classes, workshops and retreats in movement, Nia and fascia release (MELT Method) for over 15 years.
Judy BaxterForeman, trained in Mindful Self-Compassion (through Kristen Neff and Chris Germer), leads courses and mindfulness sessions for front line staff and leaders in healthcare. As well, she is a Certified Leadership Coach.
