Join us for an intimate 8 day yoga & mindfulness retreat set in the South Italian countryside.
The retreat schedule, carefully designed with the Ataya mindfulness philosophy in mind, will guide you, step by step, on your journey toward building strong foundation of lasting habits and becoming your healthier, stronger and happier self.
You will learn many self help techniques that you can easily incorporate into your daily routine and with the use of tools like specific breathing exercises, dynamic meditation or the dance therapy we’ll work on releasing blocked emotions, easing stress and reliving anxiety. You will learn to listen to your body and read its messages through Mindfulness eating and take control over your eating habits.
Our yoga classes, suitable for all levels, are designed with deep foundation in the Hatha yoga aiming to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Starting with a gentle warm-up and slowly building up to Vinyasa flow movements including some power elements to awaken your circulatory system and synchronise your breath with the rhythm of your body. Through mindfulness meditation practices you’ll learn how to bring your full attention to the present moment and fully immerse yourself into the beauty of this tranquil region.
