Susan Anthony, Sarah Butler and Mary Baxter

Pleasure and Pasta Retreat in Italy

We will spend the week together at La Rosa Dei 4 Venti, a renovated ancient farm located in the Puglia region of southern Italy.  This peaceful rural setting is the perfect place to explore and relax.  Take a walk through the many gardens or private forest, lounge by the pool or simply soak up some quiet in the Sacred Chapel.

The cuisine at La Rosa Dei 4 Venti is exceptionally delicious and sourced from local organic farms, served buffet style.  It is our intention to explore the 3 pillars of health and wellness: Move, Eat and Rest through daily offerings of Nia Moving to Heal, Restorative Yoga and MELT Method as well as optional workshops and meditations.
